   Hello, I’m back again! Just found out that Chapter 121 is out. And since it supposedly contains no ‘animal-related’ sadness, I thought it would be safe to read, and yesssss! Feel the need to talk with you :D

   So, do you like the chapter? I must say my focus was not really on Hana and Aramaki’s section, but on those in the mixed team. What I feel amazed is they even have carts to move the belongings with them! Wow, the big moving/ evacuating scene even look impressive with the doggies.

   Still, it is most interesting to see Mozu/Kaname make an appearance. My suspect was Summer A kids would all remember them and get some impacts. And man, things went just that! Thing went bleakly heartbreaking with the shuttered look on their faces. I was waiting for someone to speak up and it was Haru… who speaks positively and logically.

   Phew, and it’s hard to fight against what one has to subject to, even in this so-called wasteland, future land, the Summer A kids still feel obliged to follow their teacher’s and the teacher’s rules and orders to the T. So, I truly applaud Haru for helping them see the new light.

   It is a bit aftermath-funny to see that calculating Akio still considers how he and the mixed team will gain from having Mozu with them. Moreover, Akio’s motto is still observant and encouraging.

   Seems like the fire will bring almost everyone, even the sailing crew, to the same destination. And I can’t wait to see how things will go!

   Haha, it seems quite some time ago when I last wrote this kind of comment, but once I started writing, I feel like our old days :D :D :D

      I just went back and reread it now. :)

      I loved seeing the confrontation between Mozu and Summer A! It really shows what sort of trauma those kids went through in the way they react to him, and Koruri’s “I didn’t know it was okay to say no”. By Haru standing up to Mozu, they are having the same realisation that Ango and Ryou had after talking to Arashi.

      And now this is the end of vol. 23 and I don’t read the magazine chapters, so I have no idea what’s coming next, either! It does look like those three groups will meet up, which should be interesting. Especially the reunion between Mozu and Hana, assuming he stays with the others that long and doesn’t go off on his own again.

      I’m glad you commented. I really do enjoy our conversations. :)

         Yes, I do love the scene when Koruri and other Summer A kids can be ‘un-brainwashed’ by Haru so much! I always think that one of the best features of this manga is showing how interaction with others can help one grow and become a better person! Somewhat I think it’s amazing to see a person think beyond his/herself and start to care for others, care so much for them that that person can understand and see the world from others’ point of view.

         And in Haru’s case, we had seen his feel bitter from not being able to play piano and living in his self-center world before he forgets his loss and moves on. Then, the interaction and familiarization with Hana and later Koruri change him. Now he even understands her and her feelings. Wow!

            Yeah, everyone has changed and grown so much. My hope for Mozu is that he will change, too, seeing that the others can survive in different ways than he and Takashi-sensei imagined.
