Sei and Toichi are finally reunited, and this time they recognise each other. But so much time has passed and Sei has changed so much. Can they still be friends? And just why are there armed men after Sei?
I know it has been such a long time since the last update for this, but this chapter is sixty pages, so hopefully that makes up for it a bit.
